My favorite gift as a kid was a brand new notebook. Within the week a new notebook would be heavy with ideas practically spilling off the pages in my terrible handwriting. Hundreds of scribbled notes in a cryptic shorthand of my own design, echoing the urgency of my racing thoughts in crooked trails meandering along neat lined paper.
Nothing has changed, my handwriting is still terrible and my notebooks are still filled weekly. To say I love to write is a polite way to describe my lifelong obsession with storytelling. My latest published project is Ada and the Living Computers, my first children's book!
